1. Who we are
Evexia Nutrition is a trading name of Evexia Nutrition Ltd. Our full company details are shown above. You can contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone on 07566 654321.
2. Our contract with you
When you place an order we send an email confirming we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order or tell you it is ready to collect. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
3. Products and supplement information
We describe products as accurately as we can using information from the manufacturers. Always read the label before use. Packaging, flavours and formulas can change, and the label on the product you receive takes priority over our website.
Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.
Products containing caffeine or other stimulants, including most pre-workouts and energy products, are only sold to customers aged 18 or over. By ordering them you confirm you are 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age on collection.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown in your basket before you pay.
We accept payment by debit and credit card and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. Payment is taken when you place your order.
5. Delivery and click and collect
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery options, costs and timescales are explained on our Delivery Information page. If you choose click and collect we will email you when your order is ready to pick up from 10a High Street, Datchet, SL3 9EA. Please bring your order number.
6. Your right to cancel
You can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Full details, including exceptions for opened supplements, are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
7. Faulty or incorrect items
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for losses to a business. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
9. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption or severe weather. We will contact you as soon as possible and you can cancel for a full refund if the delay is significant.
10. Website content
All content on this website, including text, images and graphics, belongs to us or our suppliers and must not be copied without permission. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us at [email protected] or on 07566 654321 and we will try to put it right. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
