We send orders by tracked delivery to UK addresses. Delivery prices and any free delivery threshold show in your basket before you pay.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel an online order, and a further 14 days to send it back. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept supplements that have been opened or had the seal broken, unless they are faulty.
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number, or bring the item to the shop.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number and we will replace or refund it.
